My Commentary:

Employers can not expect employees to blindly follow ethical codes of the company if the policy is not visibly posted and the supervisors have to set examples for employees to follow.

Employees will act according to the manner set by those in charge of supervising them.   Do as I say and not as I do, is a cope out for someone who has limited communication skills.

You can not be expected to act accordingly if you were never told what guidelines to follow.

Employers need to constantly encourage ethical behavior by rewarding their employees or at least acknowledging their attention to the company’s policy.

Employees have to be reminded of ethical behavior during training sessions.
